Cottage Food

Advantaged

Oklahoma Homemade Food Freedom Act (HB 1032, November 2021) allows up to $75,000/year. No license, permit, or inspection — production/sale is exempt from all licensing. Sales over the internet are allowed; non-perishable (non-TCS) items may be shipped in-state and out-of-state, but perishable (TCS) items cannot be shipped and must be delivered directly to the consumer. An OPTIONAL $15/year registration with the Dept of Agriculture lets a producer use a registration number in place of their home address on labels. HB 3720 (Local Food Freedom Act, 2026) raises the cap to $250,000 effective Nov 1, 2026.
